Bat City Chronic is open 11am-10pm Monday-Saturday. There will be NO deliveries on Sunday. That being said you can place an order through the website 24/7/365. For now we have two delivery times each day, 12 noon and 7pm. You order will be placed, on the next qualifying route. To qualify, your order MUST be placed one hour before the route is scheduled. So if you want your order on the 12 noon route it MUST be placed before 10:59am and for the 7pm route it must be placed before 5:59pm. Please respect this, we want to get your orders to you as fast as we can, but if you are calling us at 11:02am trying to get your order on the Noon delivery route you are taking our time away from the customers who placed their order in time and quite possibly causing a delay in the route.

When you submit your order you will be contacted by one of our staff, at that point we will verify your order. Your order will be scheduled for the next qualifying route. When your order leaves the office the driver will text you to let you know. Then when you are next in queue the driver will text you again with an ETA. For safety reasons the driver is not allowed to leave the vehicle. When they arrive at your address they will text you. Grab your cash and meet them outside. If for whatever reason you are not able to meet the driver at their vehicle please comment as such in the order notes or when we text you to verify your order and we will make special arrangements for you.

At Bat City Chronic satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive something you do not like stop using it immediately and contact us. We will work with you to find something you do like and we will make special arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible.

No, Bat City Chronic does not operate a brick & mortar. Every order must be delivered to an address.

All Bat City Chronic orders must be delivered to an address. This is strictly for safety reasons.

Why do I have to create an account. There are several reasons why we are asking you to create an account. The first one is because your information is safer in the members section. Another reason is because on this host, we can create referral and loyalty programs here that will help us give you free stuff, but that can only be done in the members section. So please if you were referred here by an existing member put their user name in the, 'referred by', section when creating an account.

For now, Bat City Chronic can ONLY accept cash. That may change in the future but until it does ALL orders must be paid with cash. Please have the correct amount for you order as our Drivers can not make change. That being said tipping the driver is not required but it definitely is apreciated.
