Frequently asked questions
Bat City Chronic is open 11am-10pm Monday-Saturday. There will be NO deliveries on Sunday. That being said you can place an order through the website 24/7/365. For now we have two delivery times each day, 12 noon and 7pm. You order will be placed on the next qualifying route. To qualify, your order MUST be placed one hour before the route is scheduled. So if you want your order on the 12 noon route it MUST be placed before 10:59am and for the 7pm route it must be placed before 5:59pm. Please respect this, we want to get your orders to you as fast as we can, but if you are calling us at 11:02am trying to get your order on the Noon delivery route you are taking our time away from the customers who placed their order in time and quite possibly causing a delay in the route.
When you submit your order you will be contacted by one of our staff, at that point we will verify your order. Your order will be scheduled for the next qualifying route. When your order leaves the office the driver will text you to let you know. Then when you are next in queue the driver will text you again with an ETA. For safety reasons the driver is not allowed to leave the vehicle. When they arrive at your address they will text you. Grab your cash and meet them outside. If for whatever reason you are not able to meet the driver at their vehicle please comment as such in the order notes or when we text you to verify your order and we will make special arrangements for you.
